Need to Mail a Letter?

Quite often, I find myself wandering around Paris with a letter to mail, thinking I’ll come across a boîte postale and I never do.

I just found this website that shows all the mailboxes in Paris, listed by street address or shown on a map.

Did you know that there are 136,458 mailboxes in France and the overseas departments? 1,792 in Paris? There are 44 boxes in the 4th arrondissement, where I live.
