The following rates are quoted in U.S.$. I would be happy to accept equivalent payment in euros if that is easier for you — just ask! Minimum 3-night stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

30% deposit due at booking. Full refund for cancellations 6 months or more before the rental start date. For cancellations within 6 months of arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded unless the property is rented for the identical term or longer and only once payment has been received by the new guest. For cancellations within 1 month of arrival, the full amount will have been paid and is not refundable unless the property is rented for the identical term or longer and only once payment has been received by the new guest. I highly recommended purchasing travel insurance that will reimburse your rental payments should you have a family or medical emergency and be unable to travel.
