(Almost) Finished the GR34!

December 27, 2018

Last month, I completed the last official segment of the GR34, the trail that follows the entire coast of Brittany. I hiked from Vannes to Le Tour-du-Parc on the Presqu’île de Rhuys (Rhuys Peninsula), spotting the bike and rental car in order to hike one-way and sleep in my own bed in Baden.

I still have a couple more weeks of hiking offshoots of the GR34, primarily around Brittany’s islands, but I can now say I’ve hiked every inch of the official trail.

Here is a link to my photos.
